Worst customer service -Tiger brands-Beacon

Tiger brands has the worst customer service in regards to customer complaints.

I purchased a box of Beacon Mallow eggs which the marshmallows were terribly gritty.

It seems the entire batch within the box is the same and thereafter proceeded to lay a complaint and the process since has been non existent. I received one call which I missed considering I work! And just received an sms stating someone from tiger brands attempted to call. I then returned the call at my expense and the agent just made me reiterate information set out in the email.

Since then no further communication.
