Wet sticky jelly tots

We bought Jelly Tots today, original flavor. The packet was sealed. When we opened the packet the Jelly Tots were wet and sticky inside and had a funny taste, and funny smell... almost like soap. Sorry to complain, we normally LOVE jelly *****!
