Tigerbrands (Beacons) The Disgustring Chocolate Factory"

Hi, It brings me great disgust and such anguish to know that the moment you purchase your favorite chocolate from beacons it comes with a disgusting price, I am a good consumer of beacons and to date I have not received any **** ***ing feedback regarding the complaint I have made almost 3 months ago were I have found human hair on one of the products I have purchased which is moreover sickening to the fact that a consultant had phoned me and that was it never again did he contact me back Regarding such a disgusting experience, the chocolate was collected and sent to their labs and in all its now almost 3 months and no closure over such leave alone the fact that medical bills were also submitted. I have given beacons <tigerbrands ample time to reply and still await such pathetic,unprofessionalism and incompetence from them ...it goes to show consumers are only good to spend but never really good when assistance is required how pathetic are the intentions of the industry!!!!!
