maynards sour sweets that's looks expired

I love sour worm sweets, so recently there was a special on it at a local store. I bought about 15 packets Beacon Maynards fruity Sour jelly sweets. From the 15 packets, 1 packet of sweets was only fruity and sweet, it didn't have no sour effect at all. What is the point of buying a sour sweet that is not sour? Then the other packet the sweets looked like it was expired it had brownish like fungus on it, which made me loose all interest in your product. I have sent emails to tiger brands and beacon, they didn't even have the decency to email me back !
