How to get hold of beacon

Beacon How do you get hold of your company as my husband bought a TV bar and found plastic in the chocolate and I emailed you the email returned and sent a facebook message no reply.. My concern is what if this found in the chocolate is harmful or my 4yr old ate the chocolate and died.
