funny easter eggs

i bought a box of marshmallow easter egg all eggs were cracked inside damaged not tasty very funny even my kids were complaining i even bought another loose of easter egg from another shop just to compare it was completely different i sent an email with pictures to Beacon using an email address from the box i only received an acknowledgement of that email and that was that nobody ever called me about this issue very dissapointed a big company like Beacon dont have time to attend to their comaplaints from their customers.
