false advertising

Firstly I bought a box of beacon eggs marshmellows,we found gold and bunny stickers with no barcodes which means we couldn't enter the competion I inboxed beacon bunny on facebook and I got a response to send pictures of the stickers till today I have had no response from them.how does enter competions with codes which is suppose to be on the stickers if beacon does keep there end to there false advertising.
