Dissatisfied in beacon

On the 11th april i bought 2 boxes of beacon marshmallows. Inside the sealed boxed i found so many open marshallows and looked liked it was bitten on. I habe sent messages. And received replies of which it said forward your email address and contact numbers. Up until today. Ibjeard absolutely nothing. No email nothing. How sad is this. And i showed pictures of the marshallows..
