Disgusted in bad service

Still waiting feedback. Pathetic. Beacon chocolate i bought in april 11 eater ehgs of which was broken pieces in the sealed packages. I took pictures sent email responsed on Facebook lite. Sent my details as requested and to date still no replies. How pathetic.
