Chocolates has worms in

We found a chocolate in the pack that has worms in. I was eating another and spit it out when I show it. And the one with the worm in was formy 3 year old child. I am discustited. We already eat a few. How would we know if any of the others had in. And to make it worst it was a sealed packed in a sealed packed. How did it get in there
