Blueberry Beacon, Honeydew. Pathetic.

We were there this morning, 8 am when they open. Staff only started cleaning when the doors opened. Papers and stickers all over the floor of the play area as if the staff just really don't care. There were even a half finished juice on a table from the previous night. Being in the hospitality industry and usually trying to let things go, this time I couldn't. I spoke to the "manager" asking if they open 8am, and he answered yes. I said but all your staff are cleaning, and not even by our table, where the floor was disgustingly dirty, and not even taking our order. If you are open at 8am, it means you are ready to serve and all is clean and READY for service. He didn't have an answer and just send a waiter our way. It is so pathetic to see the hospitality industry going to **** because of a "don't care" attitude. That staff should've cleaned the night before, or came in earlier the morning BEFORE operating hours. And if it was a "transport" issue or whatever exuse, it should be FIXED! UNACCEPTABLE.
