Best customer service ever!!!

I bought a box of chocolates from a local sweet supplier (Sweet Express) in Rustenburg and noticed that these already expired in August after buying it. As the sweet shop is not a regular Beacon supplier I am sure that we will have difficulty in exchanging the goods and called Beacon customer service number for assistance and guidance on this matter. I received a call back in less than 6 hours with a solution to the problem and I am very satisfied and surprised that there are actually still companies in our country that attend to complains and try in solve them in the best possible way!! Well done BEACON and thanking you for responding to my complaint in such short time!!
