Beacon chocolate

I bought a chocolate at pnp rand steam Mall Auckland park and it didn't taste so nice it had an after taste and the peanut flavour tasted old like expired I then decided to write on the beacon Facebook inbox to tell them I wasn't happy with the product and they told me they will get back to me ,surely they did call me the person calling me didn't take me seriously and just said please explain to me what happened with your chocolate and I explained then she just said ok I wasn't happy with her respond and she said they will email me till today I'm waiting for clarity of my wasted money down the bin how will I get it back hence I wasn't happy with their product till today nothing happened with my query they quiet but my 2 chocolate went down the bin the money I have worked hard for they wanted pictures of the product and I told the caller that I only have my slip I took that poisonous chocolate to the bin so my child won't reach to it how can I keep something Im not happy about and other thing I don't always take pictures of my food so can they assist me with my query
