They don't pay their winners

I'm really angry and frustrated with Beacon Treats,they contacted me and said I have won that was 3 months ago and the asked for my ID number, bank letter and other personal information even today I have not received the money price when I call them they tell me lots of stories everyday and laughing at me and saying that after getting my money I will be a good friend with them because my number will be appearing on their phone receiving,what did they do with my personal information I'm still asking myself.
