How Beacon Chocolates have deteriorated.

I've been buying these 'Mallow Pies' for quite a while. In the last couple of months, this is what has been coming out of the packets. The chocolate is all broken and cracked and coming away from the marshmallow. Is this the type of quality that Beacon is now putting into the market place ?? We give these away to people and it looks like we have been 'seconds' to hand out - it causes embarrassment. Time for people to see how the quality of Beacon Chocolates have deteriorated. There is no place for a photo which I have forwarded to Beacon.
