Disabled parking a free for all! No control

Hi Beacon Bay Retail Park,

I am very dissapointed in how your parking is managed and how many disabled persons are forced to park far away and walk across the parking area at your shopping center.

Every single time that I frequent your shopping mall, random taxis and able bodied patrons are parked in your disabled parking spots and your security does nothing or most of the time are not even present. Why is it not controlled? Every single time I come to your mall which is at least twice a week I see that you do nothing about the able bodies people with no disc / licence parked there?! It's been a long ongoing problem yet you do nothing.

Especially the taxis coming to drop off and pick up Pick 'n Pay personnel.
