It's very clear with the amount of complains nothing will ever be right or someone is clearly doing the bad job.Being the face of the company it's what stand between u and the customer your food section staff they are very rude and not wearing name badges so that we don't call them out training it's very important meeting with staff too so that they understand 5 star customer service.I bought chips then asked for seasoning this lady killed me with salt another thing your Kalahari biltong especially fish reduce that salt please people.
