Disappointing accommodation & disappointing attitude

On arrival there was no accommodation available, despite the fact this was booked and paid for in advance. A small room was given for the night which was dirty and not pleasant. An alternative accommodation was sourced nearby, but there was no offer of refund for night 1. The communication with management was poor at the time and appalling afterwards as clearly they deemed the matter as settled. Will never recommend this property, unfortunately they are unprofessional, which is surprising for an upmarket area like Camps Bay.
