10 Years 5 Visits - Never Again

After visiting the Shandrani Hotel five times in the last ten years, we will never do it again. Over the year we have recommended several friends to visit. This year the service is shocking. After checking in on Friday, we went to the general restaurant for dinner. After standing at the reception desk for ten minutes I had to go and find someone at the hotel reception to ask someone in the restaurant to seat us. After that service was surly at best. Today, we get back to our room and the key doesn't work. I walk to reception (for those that have been - on the other side of the resort) and the echange goes: receptionist \yes"";receptionist \""room\"" me Room number. She walks away"
