Burglary at this establishment

I was ****** within hours of checking into this place. The owner did nothing to assist. She is rude obnoxious and was only interested in her money than the safety of her guests. After committing to booking.com that she will give me a refund...I was evicted by her security from the place. Year and few months later and still no refund or my deposit. I am still waiting for her costs and invoices for the alleged damages during the *******. Want to have a good and safe holiday...do yourself a favor and don't book this place.
