[URL Removed] gross non-delivery

Humble apologies won't cut it anymore. Ordered and paid in full for swimwear from Beach Swimwear [URL Removed] on 17 Nov'15, delivery was promised within 7-14 working days. As at 20 Dec'15 (more than a month later...) no delivery and no indication of when this will be delivered either! We have been emailing and requesting updates, every interaction brings a new excuse. All proof is on email and we will now pursue legal action.
