No Delivery of ordered Items

I ordered items at the beginning of November and to date (4 January 2016) i have still not received my items. I was promised numerous times that the items are on its way but nothing yet. I tried to call them this morning and now the telephone number is not in service anymore.<br> <br> I am so disappointed
