Failure to deliver item, failure to refund client

On 17 Dec 2015, I paid Beach Swimwear an amount of R699.00 for a classic poolside cover-up. Proof-of-payment is to hand. I have asked Beach Swimwear repeatedly via email when I could collect the item, and on each occasion my queries were met only with what proved to be excuses and evasions. My previous two emails have remained entirely unanswered. Since Beach Swimwear seems to have no intention of actually supplying the item I have ordered and paid for, I demanded a full and unconditional refund. Despite promises from Beach Swimwear to give me a refund, this has not happened.<br> <br> I wish to warn any would be buyers not to buy from these ************. They are *******.
