Empty promises

Stay away and clear of this company, do not do any business with them! After a hectic battle to get our product that we ordered and paid for and loads of following up (from our side) and complaints, we were eagerly promised a full refund. 13 Days later and still no refund or any contact from them! Legal action seem to be the only route.
