Beach Swimwear - no delivery of after order paid

I placed an order with Beach Swimwear on 4/12 after getting confirmation from Michael that all ordered items were in stock. I paid in full as Michael assured me this would speed up the dispatch of my order. Order value R2989. I followed up daily about the order and Michael always said he was waiting for the shipment to be delivered and that he would call me back - which he never did. I called numerously following up on my order but was always told the same story. To date 15 January, I have received nothing! No replies to numerous emails, no one answers the telephone. This is a **** and I have been de*****ed out of my money! I demand a full refund!
