Beach House Properties *********

I booked through Booking.com an apartment in Big Bay Cape Town. Beach House Properties, I assume, manage this property on behalf of the owner. The pictures on Bookin.com is very misleading and after I successfully paid R 17,810.00 for 7 nights I came there and upon inspection I was so disgusted with the state of the apartment: human hair and bodily fluids were found in the bed and bedding. The showers are filthy and not cleaned. The cupboard were dirty and full of hair. There was mould in the fridge door. The couch was full of marks and some sort of mud stains. I contacted the management and they simply refused to refund me my money. They took my money and they should honestly be ashamed of themselves for doing this to decent people. I am utterly disappointed and will definitely NOT recommend them. They are doing business in an ********* manner and take hard earned money from people.
