Con woman & her drunk/druggy husband!

I am DISGUSTED & FURIOUS! After a lovely roadtrip ( although long, 12hrs), on arrival the owner said that she had not been informed of my booking from Booking.com. I paid in full upfront about a month prior to my trip. After showing her the confirmation emails & codes she still refused. When I told her that this was unacceptable she started shouting and aggressively called her drunk husband to come help get us off her property. I then had to find alternative accommodation IN SEASON and lay out extra funds. To date she has refused to reimburse me of my payment. Legal action will be following! DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING WITH THESE ********S!
