Booking. Com.. Please cansel this horror.. You will loose customers

Horror holiday with sinior citizens.. We booked for 22 September to 24 September.. I told her I'll be in port shepston in the morning +-6am I'm coming 20 members, she promise us to provide transport for us pay 100 for car and 150 for bakkie... Only to find the van doesn't have a canopy.. Imagine 16 people in the van with suitcases.. Before she came.. She wanted 3000 rand extra because we came early.. She collected us at the station by 8am..she wanted 2000 deposit that is refundable... She didn't pay it back.. She wanted to take us to margate with the bakkie at night we refused.. She started to be cross.. Booking.com must deal with her.. The husband went to buy dagga we in the bakkie.. Ohh the wife wil charge us double for transport... The worse part she doesn't want to pay back our money
