Worst place very rude owner I book a holiday for my uncle on Thursday Friday he arrived at the place he was asked for pin when we tried to call her it says number does not exist later on she responded only when the security guy called her to say place has been cancelled my 69 year old uncle with his wife was stranded in Durban because of the rude owner how can you add your number but when we tried to call it says number does not exist how do you cancel while on the app it says confirm all I want is my refund she is very unprofessional and very rude
