Audacious service

Good day,

Very upset and frustrated with the service received on Wednesday 10/03/2021. Absolutely baffled with the poor service received by Chantel. My God, the waitress was horrible. It's not my first time attending this establishment but it might be the last. The waitress was friendly in the beginning, but proved to be disrespectful.

Made a mistake with my girlfriend's order by mistaking it for chicken stripes instead of ordering chicken nuggets and made a huge mistake with my chicken nachos order. She confirmed with me that the Wednesday special was the normal nachos and I asked nicely for chicken to be added. She said that I needed to order the chicken one instead. No issues with paying extra. The special ingredients wasn't in my nachos and I asked specifically if it would be as I waited the whole week to visit. She argued with me and got extremely defensive. Don't argue with me if there's evidence you made a mistake because if I made a mistake then I'm wrong but I didn't. Also where have you heard a waiter checks their tip at the table? The audicatiy to do such. Literally pulled the slip and calculated her tip. What ticked me off the most was the sarcasm she passed on. Not acceptable because on the 17th march I had planned to host my friends and I of 8-12 people for the nacho special. Very disappointing because previous occasions had been brilliant.
