Shocking Service from Beach & Beyond<br> After purchasing a costume from the owner Jenny my wife pointed out that there was makeup on it. She was assured that it would wash off. My wife washed it & it appeared to wash out but after the second wash the make up mark returned & the costume is fraying. After a number of attempts to contact the owner we were informed by the shop assistant that there is nothing Beach & Beyond is prepared to do other than clean the costume & we must take it up with the manufacturing company in Australia. The costume cost R2600!!
