THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received in entire life.

My friends and I traveled from Pretoria to Harties for what we thought would be serene day by the dam with our ****tails but instead, we were met with the WORST customer service we have ever experienced from the manager.

I had ordered a shaken Margarita (as per usual) and what came was this dense ****tail green ****tail. Our waitress (bless her soul) called the manager after I had complained about it. I mixed the ****tail for the manager to show the consistency is too thick for Margarita and even said he should mix himself. He first insinuated that I don't know how a shaken margarita looks/tastes then he proceeded to say "Well, that's how we make our margarita". I asked him to then change my drink because that is not how I know a standard margarita should be. After his array of arrogant comments like "That's where you had me" and he offered to make me new one, I did not want a new one because I obviously did not like it, I took the high road they made me another. NO CHANGE. I noticed the ladies on the surrounding tables also not drinking their ****tails, I asked them if there was something wrong their drinks, the ladies literally said they took their initial drinks back because they were horrible and the drinks they got the second-time around were still bad and they opted to drink water. We (the other table included) then decided to leave as the manager refused to take any accountability or better yet, actually listen to the customer and take remarks into consideration.
