#payback the money

Stay away from this website. R1999 was deducted from my account without my consent. After numerous attempts to get a refund and cancel my subscription i still have not had any assistance a month later. They tried deducting R1999 from me again this month, it got to the point where i had to cancel my bank card so they cannot try to ***** my money again. There are no contact details on the site with the exception of the customer service email address and no one is assisting me. As per their terms and conditions read as follows “Before a paid service is used, the customer must be notified that the service in question is provided at a charge and informed of what payments will be due upon purchase”, this was no done. *******
