Be2 deducted money from my bank account without my Authorization

I got a sms notification from my bank on the of 26/01/18 that B2 dating has deducted a whole R1197 off my account!Why would they deduct off my account with me giving authorization?? I only subscribed and got the trial sub.That is basically *****ing my money out of my account!!! I contacted them and they told me they cannot give back my money and they will be deducting money off my account again because a 4 week cancellation I needed to give. When they deducted on the 26/01/17. I immediately sent them an email and also stated they they should cancel my sub with them. Now they telling me it will happen again!!! What the hell! This company has no contact details or anything. I just have to wait and hope for a response. When I sent them an email two days ago about my cancellation I did on the 26/01/18 they didn't reply to my email. I mean I sent them proof of my cancellation!!!! I am not the only person this happens to. There are so many other people complaining about BE2 taking money from there account without authorization. I have attached proof of my cancellation. Hope this site can help these ********* that just ***** people money.
