Birthday ruined thanks to be up park gateway

Last night was my son's birthday, he went to play at be up park. He hurt his knee and was told by one of their staff members to go sit upstairs that same staff member did not come back to see to him. My daughter went to call him to eat and saw him sitting upstairs rubbing his knee, she informed another staff member who brough him down to sit on the bench A female staff member then rubbed gel and placed ice on his knee, my daughter came to call me and when I asked the same female staff member what is going on here why was no one watching him she screamed at me and said she doesnt know what happened and called the guy that was apparently there when he got hurt, this same guy was the manager. My daughter asked another female staff member with blonde hair what is the name of the staff member who screamed at my mum she refused to disclose her name and my daughter asked her to call that girl They do know wear name badges so we could not identify their names The same girl who screamed at me told my daughter she will not disclose her name my daughter asked for the manager his name is Nolen The same girl who screamed at me told my daughter she will not disclose her name and her dad is an advocate and her dad will ***** my daughter if she takes it up this was said infront of the manager and he did nothing about it We were seated opposite be up park at gateway food court, she was pointing fingers at us and talking about us to the other staff members Nolen approached my daughter and I after the incident and only apologized after his staff spoke so disrespectful Too young and inexperienced staff The manager did not know how to deal with the incident and let his staff member threaten my daughter Customer service is pathetic I will never go back to this place or recommend it All staff have a serious attitude problem
