False Pretence Sales and ********

I saw a sale advert on Tiktok of sweaters that have your face on ot. I then purchased it with R35.00 as its a discounted price. I captured all my banking details for the sweater i was interested on. The after few days my bank account was deducted with R299 of which I didn't authorize it. When I contacted the bank they couldn't assist me they gave me the company website to lodge a complain. the Be trendy said I subscribed to their membership and hence the amount went on automatic. its still going to continue like that as i didn't cancel the subscription after three days. How will I cancel the subscription that i don't even know about. They made false adverts for their business when they lure clients with their ********** advert the **** them their money and refuse to refund it. I want my money back and they don't want to refund me and they said they still going to deduct it again and the bank says they cant do anything for me. please help me.
