Unprofessional pathetic ****s

This place is the worste so unprofessional has the most beautiful designer dresses and essential things you would need for a wedding, but not a good place to make business with at all.. I hired 3 silk gowns for myself and my 2 brides****s the day I came to Be style the owner of the place was so nice allowed me to fit on and showed me her collection of her store at first I was honestly impressed with what she has to offer evens took a extra tie and pocket hangy chiff that fits with it. Two days before my wedding I went to the store to collect the gowns the boss was not there a other lady helped me and the gowns was not ready for collection she was not sure what i purchased as they ddnt evens give me a slip or invoice after I paid the full amount for everything the very first day I came. I had asked them several times on what's app to send me an invoice up until today I still ddnt receive anything thats how unprofessional this place is!!! She called her boss only to find the gowns I hired was not in the store and as I was asking how long its gonna take for her to drop it off she got all rude with her staff over the phone and said I must just wait with an attitude!!! I had to wait a hole half an hour for some girl to come dropp of the gowns when the gowns finally arrives it was the wrong colours not the one I ordered !!! And she recommended to have them delivered imagine I ddnt collect them myself. The lady who helped me seemed so confuse as she was busy helping a other guy aswell as she had to run the store alone. She asked if I could wait a few minutes as she is busy with them I said no!!! as I already told her that I have an appointment at 12 some where else and they are going to make me late which they did!!! I finally got the correct colour gowns she ironed them and I left the store. Few days after the wedding I sent my Father in law to go drop off the gowns as I taught would receive my money back as agreed booking fee R100 each hiring fee R100 each and I was then supposed get a R300 back plus the R100 cash back for the tie as all of this was hired up untill today I still have not receive my money I have been begging this people to pay money on what's nothing was send its everytime a different exuse 1st they said I should email my banking details which I did, then it was said I must send it on what's app as they had technical difficulties with their emails which I did, On the 10th of May 2023 they said they had *****ulent activies with their bank and that it was now fixed they would have send my money on this day up until today I still did not receive my money. Just pay my money why do I have to begg for my own money !!!! So unprofessional would not recommend them to anyone!!! They are not good for business as many poeple has now been complaining about them Pathetic!!!
