Be Sharp Beetles - *****s

I am not one for complaining on social platforms about providers, but after my recent encounter do feel that I need to warn mums and dads out there. I had enrolled my 9 month old with Be Sharp Beetles for the Saturday classes, after experiencing their rude behavior I requested for them to refund my money and apologized for any inconvenience caused (which they agreed to do). More than six weeks later I have not received my refund and no response back to my emails, calls and sms's. I decided to visit them at their studio in Northcliff to ask for my refund(politely, no temper etc). I was sworn at profusely and told to leave. Clearly I am not going to get my R1300 back from Be Sharp Beetles but if you do have your child enrolled with them or are considering it please be cautious and take note of how they operate as a business and treat others. After viewing previous complaints on HP on them I see that I am not the only person. Institutes such as these should not be operating especially if they offer services to little infants and kids.
