Profile Created using my email address

I received an email from Be Motivated Today with a membership number, login details and confirmation that they have received a suscription fee. Upon checking the details, it seemed that a person who bears the same first name as myself but with a different surname had created this profile but provided an incorrect email address which happened to be mine. <br> <br> I am now receiving emails from this company on a daily basis which I don't appreciate. I have sent two emails requesting that my email address be removed from their system as I do not wish to receive these emails but I got s response from the CEO advising that this will not be done, as \I did register with them\".<br> <br> I also mentioned that it is the company's responsibility to contact the person who created the profile and get the correct email address, but to date, it seems my request is falling onto deaf ears. <br> <br> I do not want to have any relations with this company and request that my email address be removed from their system. "
