No Customer Service Levels

Placed an order for 100 printed t-shirts as per their flyer that they emailed out On the 07/03/16 and paid a 50% deposit on the order had a very attentive rep Mathew who was constantly in touch from point of contact to deposit being paid. By 23/03/16 had not received any correspondence from them so followed up to find out where is my order. Spoke to Mathew who promised to get back to me, then had a call from Maria who is new at the company and came up with a load of BS regarding why I hadn't been contacted but my shirts were now ready. Asked for the shirts to be delivered to me so I can check and pay balance. To which there was a flat out no. I am expected to go and collect from them, this is not stated on their quote. Got hold of the owner of the comp Paul Novis and understand fully why his staff have no concept of customer service as this guy is clueless, talks over you and is downright rude. I deeply regret not using my normal supplier who The T-Shirt Guys in Johannesburg who are a brilliant bunch of guys and will now have my customer loyalty long term. At this time do not have my T-shirts :-(
