No goods and no response to queries

On 27 November 2017 I saw an advert on my Facebook timeline for a camera bag from Be Fantastik. The testimonials they allegedly received were glowing and I ordered and paid with delivery stated to be within "5 to 14 days" it's now mid January and no sign of delivery nor notification of when it was or is, due to be dispatched. No response to my emailed enquiry this week - have to wonder if this is another ****. Can't find any other complaints on Hellopeter so maybe that's a good sign?
