I wanted to exchange a bracelet I bought for my daughter. These ladies gladly sent me another size bracelet, which is more expensive and at their own courier expense without having the one I had to return to them on hand. Their courier would collect mine upon delivery. They are great and I will gladly recommend them when you have to get a gift for a special person.
