Mzansi curls tangle the next day

I contacted them via instagram about their fault curls they ignored me. I literally went from the salon got home and bath then slept . The next day I did the normal untangling routine like every other extension, it did not pitch up to the task . I contacted them about and they plainly ignored my DMs . Clearly reading them , on top of that I have attached the evidence and proof of purchase. Mam or sir you give your clients a platform raise their concerns and you address them . YOU DO NOT IGNORE
