Prescribed debt,still collected,threatening smses

HI BDR Payment Solutions i made an enquiry last week about debt that has been Prescribed long ago.<br> There is a judgment on my name because of this from Experian,please remove this asap. I have not received any information regarding this judgement or summons.<br> I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 5 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last. 4years. Above info communicated to debt collectors & attorneys in the past. They are in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt.<br> <br> Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed. Any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls. Again or early as 6:30amI will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA <br> <br>
