My experience with BDK Attorneys was extremely poor
My experience with BDK Attorneys was extremely poor. BDK appointed a candidate attorney to handle my matter, with little to no oversight by a senior attorney. She promised to prepare her own affidavit and contact the investigating officer for an affidavit, which could have significantly strengthened my case. She did neither. I contacted the investigating officer myself, twice. She was warm and receptive both times and subsequently prepared the affidavit. By then, however, it had become irrelevant due to how far the matter had progressed. More seriously, the investigating officer had changed her position after the candidate attorney engaged with her. When I raised concerns, the Director dismissed them as “petty and spurious”. He then took over the matter and was even more underwhelming. He would disappear for over a week, claiming he was away elsewhere. When I asked to see what had supposedly been done, he could not produce the documentation until days later. I would not recommend BDK Attorneys.
