For the past few months, I've noticed a debit order going off on my bank account, and as I'm always procrastinating on getting things sorted, I only contacted my bank today to find out where the debit order originated from. I've never dealt with not gave this company permission to run a debit order on my account. I'm contacting the Ombudsman for banking services and laying a formal complaint against BDB Data Bureau. I want to know how much money was debited off my account and I want everything back with interest.
It will be in your best interest to contact me urgently to resolve this issue. I've raised a query with the bank to check for all historic debits from your company on my account to get the full amount, **********ly debited from my account.
