BDB has attempted to debit my account of R99 without permission from me I contacted my banking service and was given their number When I tried contacting them there is no answer on the number given **********

These clients are service providers who instruct TCPS(BDB) to collect premiums based on the services or products that they provide. As a result TCPS (BDB) electronically processes these debit orders on the service provider’s instruction.
