BDA Gym Bedfordview_Service Disgusting

I called the gym to cancel my membership and was advised that my membership came to an end in September 2018 and the premium was auto continued. I've sent a couple of emails to the gym to ask them to send my contract that I signed as the owner said I signed a 24 month contract and not a 12 month which is what I'm sure i signed for. The owner still hasn't come back to me and the debt order went off my account. The gym is quick to sign you and take your money but theres no feedback on queries that you have. Very disappointed with this gym. I wouldn't even give this gym 1 star they don't anything.
