B&D Refrigeration Vredenburg

please help me to get my money back from B&D Refrigeration in Vredenburg .I call them on the 15 of January 2018 to fix my deepfreezer .they replace the compressor on the 17th of Jan 2018 , they charged me R1800 cash with a 1 year warranty .The next day it was still not freezing, I phoned them and did fetch it the 25 Jan 2018.They returned it 9 March 2018 and pay a additional R800 whilst under warranty .Again the freezer was not working properly .They fetch it again the 12 March after numorious calls .I visit them to do a follow up on the 20 April just to find that the freezer is giving them trouble.I request my money back from them , the receptionist took my phone number and said the owner will revert to me .untill now I'm stil waiting for their response ..Will you please help me get my money back ,as me and my husband is pensioners.I really rely on you now .
