Misleading Online Sales (****)
I feel like I just dealt with ****mers as I ordered and paid for a Mercedes-Benz W204 F/L 11-14 Sport Front Bumper, online specified as "New Aftermarket" but to my surprise I get a WhatsApp communication that what I have bought is a old used Red bumper they have, being pursued to take it I said I can only take it at an offer of R1000 less to what its priced since its used, the Director refused the offer and said they will refund, that was Friday 28/03/2025 gave it time and being patient Monday 03/03/2025 was told the refund is being processed then, today is 05/03/2025 without that refund, I Feel like they put this bumper as bait as they still not updated it nor removed is as I'm typing (**** Tendencies) Besides that I just need my money back and you fully so as I did not make any mistake but mislead.

With regards to the red bumper , it was not supposed to be under that code so it was an error on our side , however colour doesn't matter too much since it can easily be resprayed the same way as if you purchase a new item.
